Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and reasonable price This hotel was clean and reasonably priced. I had a hard time trying to find it being that I am not familar with Boston. It was also not too far from Dana Farber where I had an appointment the next morning. Staff were freindly and helpful. I ran over at Dana Farber past the check out time so staff grabbed my stuff from my room and set it aside for me to pick up. I was not charged for late check out. February 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accomodations during storm We were guests during second storm and found the staff and services (from the desk to the shuttle personnel) to be above average.Since we were basically confined to the hotel due to weather conditions, we ate most meals there and found them to be satisfactory. We make periodic trips for my husband's medical appointments and have stayed at other hotels but found the Holiday Inn to be superior---will definitely be back! DM February 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by my bartender daneil was grear I stayed at the holiday inn because my husband was having surgery at bwh . There was a snow storm that night and I was afraid the shuttle wouldn't keep running but they did. Tom was the driver and he was very nice and patient with everyone he had to pick up in that nasty weather.the staff made a difficult time for me a good night everyone was extremely friendly February 16, 2015
