Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Buffalo-Downtown I have been staying here 1 week per month for the past several months as I visit my Buffalo office. This property needs to move up on your list of properties to renovate. This property is very dated compared to other units I frequent in my travel. The halls to the rooms are drab; the elevator cabins are dated; the lobby is not inviting and unspectacular. As I stated earlier I stay here very often and the staff here are stable (I see them every time I visit), yet the only one who recognizes me is the shuttle driver who picks me up late on sunday nite as I arrive at the airport. I don't feel like the gold and platinum member that I am. I am never asked to be upgraded and I always have to ask for the amenities/perks that are awarded by this property. I sometimes request multiple rooms for associates who travel with me and I have to ask to be awarded the welcome bonuses and perks for these extra rooms. September 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Staff and Clean/Well Maintained Property The staff was absolutely wonderful and the hotel was VERY clean. The decor is a bit dated and could use some updating but other than that it is awesome! Every staff member we encountered said hello and was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to everything. Buffalo is my hometown and we will likely stay there from now on when we come home. I loved getting the Buffalo News every morning too! September 21, 2015
