My only complaint was the breakfast. My eggs were cold, my toast was cold and unbuttered and my bacon was cooked very crisp. All in all the only bad experience was my breakfast. I will not eat breakfast there again.

Great service, couldn't get 2 nights originally so booked another Holiday Inn at airport for the 2nd night. Then one opened up apparently and staff called to make sure my other one was cancellable, canceled it, and booked my second night there so i wouldn't have to move!

As a business traveler and proud IHG member who rarely complains, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. When I arrived at the old hotel, the credit card system was apparently "down" and the staff refused to allow me into my room because they needed to make sure my current credit card was on file in case of damage -- despite the fact that my payment information was already provided by my company in advance of the trip. I was forced to wait in the lobby for TWO hours before a business meeting, and I had fully planned on showering / relaxing in my room prior to the meeting. Needless to say, I did not have this luxury.
When I was finally allowed to enter my room, there were empty beer cans and chicken wing bones waiting for me. Clearly the room had not been cleaned. I then had to wait 5-7 minutes for the extremely slow elevator, returned to the lobby to request a new room, and waited another 5-7 minutes for the elevator to return back up to the new room.
The new room was blisteringly hot (the hotel evidently turns off the fan / AC in the early autumn), loud (paper-thin walls and no fan to drown-out the sound), bright (the heavy curtains did not shut), and there was a ladybug infestation by the windows.
I barely slept during this visit and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. IHG is too strong of a brand for this property!

As sometimes happens in hotels, my room was warm when I arrived, so I turned the air conditioning on to make it comfortable. After some time, I realized the air conditioning was not working. My companion in another room experienced the same problem. When we told the management about this, we were told the air conditioning was "turned off" for the Fall/Winter season.
So I was not able to adjust the room temp to MY liking and I heard from many other guests that they were very uncomfortable as well.
As a guest, I should be able to control the room temperature that makes me comfortable and I wasn't able to do this.
I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to set their own room temperature!
