We found the room was smelly when we entered, then we called the front desk and want to change a room, front desk said they would send a housekeeper to the room immediately, 10 minutes later, I called them again and was told that the housekeeper was on the way, another 10 minutes later, I called again and was told again that the housekeeper was on the way, I was angry and asked them not to send the housekeeper to my room because I need to sleep(to avoid their extra works, I didn't use anything when I was waiting), I told them that I would accept the smell and this bad experience and would only write a review for this bad experience, funny thing happened now, the front desk lady said that I should not be so rude, and this was not a bad experience because she was trying to help me but I myself gave up, OK then I said I would not be rude and this is a good experience, the only requirement was that you don't send the housekeeper to disturb my sleeping, the lady then said I was lying......
Finally I ended the conversation and went to bed with the bad smell. Will not go to that Holiday Inn again!!!!!!

We arrived at 2:45p to find our room wasn't ready. The desk clerk could of been a little more friendly. The air conditioner in the room could use a major tune up. The weather was nice in the low 80's however it was extremely warm in the room. The staff was quick to replace the smelly refrigerator in our room. However the worst experience was being woken up at 6a due to loud bangs and thumps. The best part is the location of the hotel. It's in close proximity to local restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The room was nice and spacious. Rates were reasonable. It was close to most areas..the hotel was clean and gentry was good...over all it was a very nice decent hotel..
