I was not familiar with valet service offered and did find it was a little inconvenient not being able to go to my car without the help of the valet. That was a little frustrating to me. I could have asked and they would have helped me but I chose not to. This is my main concern.

Can not say enough about your Bellmen and the employees checking in/out guests. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met, and they did it with smiles on their faces and personalities that made you feel special. I would stay at this hotel again, without question, just because these employees made you feel welcome and because they attended to every need we had. Employees are the essence of any business, and I would rate your employees, unequivocally, FIVE STARS!!
