Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by so disappointed I have stayed in many Holiday Inns and this was by far the worst experience I have had. There was no coffee readily available, you had to have a coupon for breakfast, which was nothing more than the normal free breakfast that is normally given, and then you are expected to pay for your drink. One of my nights was a reward night.....which means you have spent alot of money with Holiday Inn, however, on reward night you are expected to PAY for you breakfast.....Of all the people at the front desk there was ONE that was pleasant! The rest appeared to think it was MY pleasure for them to take care of me......also, the bartender and waitress were both pleasant. Very disappointing, and I will never stay here again! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Set your expectations low for this one! If you LOVE the stench of over-chlorinated indoor pools that feel cool and looks cloudy, this hotel is for you! Housekeeping is SO slow, that they never even delivered extra towels to the room. You need to know that housekeeping doesn't have a direct line so messages go through 'guest services'/front desk. Keep in mind that there could possibly be a breakdown in communication or.....that no one cares. When bringing your experience to the front desk, you will probably receive a sincere apology but if it's cut into your personal time April 11, 2016
