Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Hotel Property in general needs some maintenance. Shower area in my room had places in the enamel that need attention. Only 1 elevator worked during my stay, someone was working on the other one as I checked in but it never got fixed. Thermostats in rooms had been disengaged and now temperature is controlled at the window unit. No signage to indicate this and front desk person was not aware of this until I told her. Called front desk & said my thermostat was not working and someone removed the batteries from the thermostat. She sent someone to the room and he explained the "new procedure" but someone forgot to inform the front desk. Overall, disappointing compared to previous stays at this property, especially for what they charge. February 24, 2015

We just held a 3 day conference for 46 people & from the day we arrived till departure this place & staff continued to amaze us. The hotel is clean with a nice décor. It also has several restaurants & retail establishments surrounding it. The management & staff accommodated EVERY request we had from our budget to a late check out. We highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed. February 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice new looking rooms Room and over all look of the hotel was very new looking and clean. Bed was very comfortable. There was a bit more noise from other areas that you could hear but most of that was gone by 10 PM. This could have been from my closeness to the elevators. Staff at check in was helpful and very nice. I would stay again if in the area. February 19, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stay, if you don't need wireless internet The Clerk that checked me in gave me a scratch off card since I'm a rewards member, so as I was leaving the hotel the next morning I asked the desk clerk how to redeem my 1500 points from the scratch off game. She informed me that I wasn't suppose to get the card and said I wouldn't be getting the 1500 points The wifi was terrible February 17, 2015
