Ordered room service from a very limited menu. Quicker service if I picked it up due to staff shortage. I went down as soon as I was called. Bill was wrong...when questioned the cashier agreed there was an error but was not able to credit or override the charge. Food was cold by the time I got back to the room...luckily there was a MW in the room to reheat the meal. The food was actually excellent and most enjoyable! Overcharge was small but not being able to correct it was just not right.

I am picky about my hotels I say in cleanliness wise. Would definitely stay here again if I end up back in Chattanooga. It is close to the mall but driving to the tourist areas is not that far of a drive. I had a minor issue with a TV remote and I had to report it twice. The second person I spoke with though handled it ASAP. Employees were very nice and I felt confident that reporting it to them - they would do all they could to get it resolved.
