Everything in this hotel was great except for the lack of stable wifi in the guest rooms.

Check-in was easy and pleasant. However, the general patronage was dodgy and the room was worse. It hadn't been dusted in a long time, there were crumbs everywhere, half eaten food and dirty plastic utensils in the drawers. The quality has gone down since the last time I stayed here.

Never have we had a bad experience at a Holiday Inn! We always look for them when we go away. This visit was just as good as all of them!

The Holiday Inn at Cherry hill's staff is wonderful the hotel it self is nice/clean. I enjoy my stay and wound not hesitate to stay there again if the need arises.

I have been using the Philadelphia-Cherry Hill and the Auburn, NY hotels more often than some other and there is a big difference in between the Breakfast they offer. the one in Auburn is A la Carte, the one in Cherry Hill is more like Buffet with a limited dishes, and also i could find a location of the courtesy coffee table that use to be near by the reception; so i am not sure why the changes but we didn't like it...

I had a very nice stay. The restaurant menu needs a little more variety. I will stay here again! Overall a very good value with 5 starts.

Average Holiday Inn property.
The check in was a bit trying. It appeared as the staff was not as observant of the line and took anyone who walked up and did not consider those waiting.
The bathroom and room cleaning services needs more attention. Its not good when you find remnants of the prior guest in the bathroom.
