Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Stay I stay here twice aweek for about a year now I won't stray there because I use clc for my job and now they want a credit card with it I under why they want one but I'm only there for maybe 10-11 hours enough to get some sleep and leave to go back to cincy I drive a semi truck so we need at least 10 hours off March 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Night Saver Came to Cleveland for an event... We had reservations at another hotel in a group block, and arrived there around 6pm. Went to check in to find out that they sold our rooms, only had two of the four we needed, and our rates skyrocketed. At a whim, decided to use my IHG app to find a nearby hotel and closer to our event...called the hotel to see if they had any rooms available. Arrived and checked in 30 mins later. The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. There was a restaurant attached that offered wings March 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff Older motel but very close to the airport and easy to use the shuttle. Non-smoking room still smelled like smoke. Staff was very accomodating with a roll away bed. Would have liked to be acknowledged as a platinum rewards member. March 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK Positives: very kind and friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom, good selection of TV channels, nice-smelling toiletries, adjustable massaging shower head, free shuttle to airport, Negatives: pool was out of service, long dimly lit hallways, uncomfortable bed, not enough pillows, dirty and uncomfortable pullout mattress, could hear noise from outdoors, non-smoking room smelled like smoke, This room wasn't very expensive, so I think I got what I paid for. There definitely are some areas where this hotel could improve. I stay in a lot of holiday inns and this stay ranked towards the bottom. March 19, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Broken hotel I stayed at the Cleveland Airport Holiday Inn on the way home from Virginia. Booked stay solely based on price, and it is a good thing it was the absolute cheapest in the area or it would have received 1 star. I have platinum status and called day of booking/stay (booked early in am) to notify of a late arrival but ensure everything would be good to go when I arrived at abou 11p - midnight since we had to leave early again. I was assured all was good. When I arrived my keys were not ready and one staff member seemed to think they had been made. Took a short to get my room selected and keys made, but longer than I felt necessary as my keys are always ready on arrival. No upgrade either, in fact almost a downgrade as we got two Double beds, not even queen sized. No mention of the breakfast package I had purchased either, and I had to inquire the next morning and they had to look it up and get me a pass which took a few minutes again. Lobby was clean overall, but when we parked and went to our room many stains on carpeting in hall and one large stain on carpeting in our room was noticed. Room carpeting appeared vacuumed, but not hallway for sometime. Hallway very dimly lit. Then the things that were broken. The pool, which I would have used with my daughter who loves to swim, is closed due to "maintenance problem." The laundry room was out of service. The heat in the restaurant was not working right at all. It would get to about 70 degrees and then it felt like the air conditioning would kick in and it would probably get to 45-50 degrees. Then it would get warm again and kept cycling like that. Food was average but not exceptional, and there was only one staff member and she was pretty busy, and waits were a bit longer than expected. Overall the worst Holiday Inn experience and a location I will not return to again, even for the price. March 15, 2015
