Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is a dump i stayed a the Holiday Inn Cleveland (4181 West 150th Street) the night of April 28th. I am a nonsmoker and requested a non smoking room. When i showed up at the hotel i was told sorry there are no non smoking rooms and they put me in a smoking room. The local hotels were sold out and i had a dinner meeting so i had no choice but to take the room. The room stunk, to the point that i could not sleep, was coughing all night and had to get my clothes dry cleaned when i got home. I do not think i should have to pay for this night at the hotel, it was one of the worst i have spent in many years in a hotel. This hotel is rundown and discusting and you should be embarrased to have it in your chain. May 3, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Resonable stay Stayed in hotel due to location to airport. Room was ok but bathroom was showing it's age. Bar was good with quick service and food was same. Check in/out was efficient as was shuttle to the airport. The only issue was with the restaurant. Sitting in the restaurant for breakfast looking through the dirty glass on the front of the resturant which doesn't give a good impression good when the chef was in the same area the night before cooking pasta. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor service I was put into a smoking room even though a non smoking room was requested. When called I was told they were completely booked but would work out something and told to wait in the smoking room and someone would come up. After 20 monutes, I went downstairs, only to be chastised by the manager that the clerk was on the way to give me a new key. He was very annoyed and ma d e sure I knew it. We had a very similar experience in the restaurant. I will in fact recommend to our corporate travel team to never use this hotel again. April 29, 2015
