Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay! The hotel overall was great; other than the brief hot water problem, I would definitely recommend this hotel as well as return to it. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant because I was sleeping so well! I would have preferred to be offered a free breakfast coupon as a platinum member, so maybe next time! March 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lobby Lobby was cold and uninviting. Check in took to long. Room was nice and clean. We only stayed one night so we did not have time to visit restaurant. However, I lived in Columbia at one time and ate there quite often and the food was very good. March 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by excellent service My stay was an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly , the facility was well kept. My wife and I slept comfortable , the noise was very minimal. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to access. After evenings out we felt safe coming on to the premises ,it was well lit and card only access. February 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I pre-purchased the room in advance online a week prior to my stay. A winter storm arrived the day before my stay so I called asking about cancellation. The front desk clerk was cordial and stated only the GM could cancel this reservation and he would have her call me when she returned. Never heard from her. The property and staff are tip-top this my second stay will be in Columbia for business next several months will stay here every time. I am a typical Courtyard, Wingate, Fairfield customer. Very pleased with this location and staff Clean building, Clean room very comfortable fresh no hotel odors, very quiet, Open parking arrived late and still able to park close to a door all around well designed Restaurant staff very courteous and helpful Restaurant little over priced and not that great, but plenty of food near by February 18, 2015
