Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disapointed Our club had at least 30 rooms at this hotel booked and we were all charged the same rate even though some had microwaves and refrigerators. The plugs on the desk lamp did not work. Some peoples room were not cleaned. The staff was very friendly, but think it unfair to charge the same rate, when some got more for the same price. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location and View Great location and view of the gulf. The Lobby and common areas are nicely renovated, however, I get the feeling the level of attention to the guest rooms were not as much. The guest rooms seem a little out dated. Outlets were hard to reach for charging my phone. I had to move the bed in order to access the outlet so that I could have my phone on the night stand. The price for what you get is pretty decent. I'd probably stay here again. March 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Scenery Pros- Comfortable bed. full breakfast buffet (breakfast voucher offered at front desk ), Starbucks store within the hotel and Full bar.. Smoke free hotel and child friendly. Plenty of attractions in the area to explore. Friendly staff. Rooms very neat and clean. Cons- Reserved online and paid for a room with one bed kingsize. They had to switch my room with two standard beds but the good thing is they kept my price the same. One more thing, I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $10 daily for using the hotel parking since the room is being paid for per night. Other than that, everything was great! March 5, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed nothing else I was terribly disappointed in my stay and quality of the room for the price. I understand they were remodeling but all common areas were perfect, my room on the other hand needed lots of work. From the moment we walked in the floor was dirty, the furniture was dusty. I have always stayed at Holiday Inns in the past, and this stay was ranked the worst. March 4, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dated and dirty I was most disappointed in the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. The bathroom floor was dirty. When we checked in there was a partially used bottle of shampoo on the floor. The bottle remained there throughout our stay, even though the room was supposedly cleaned while we were there. In addition to the shampoo bottle, the bathroom was noticeably dirty. The room had areas that were only partially painted. When we checked in, the gentlemen helping us did not speak good English. We asked about the breakfast package we had purchased, and finally understood that yes it was included, but we were to just go to the restaurant. Upon arriving for breakfast, the next morning, we were informed that we should have been given vouchers for breakfast. The waitress went above and beyond to not only get us the voucher for that day, but also for the next one. The waitress and the clerk in the coffee shop were the only people we encountered during our stay that seemed to care about customer service. I have stayed at numerous Holiday Inn properties, most of which were significantly less expensive, and have never found one to be as poorly maintained as this one, I will have the opportunity to travel to Corpus Christi for business several times over the next few months. I will be looking to stay elsewhere. March 2, 2015
