I made this reservation on behalf of a relative who was arriving on short notice due to a death in the family. The Holiday Inn website would not allow me to make a reservation for check-in by a third party, even though I was requesting this from inside my own secure Priority Club account with credit card on file. I called the 800 number, and they agreed to make the reservation, but in order to confirm, they had to email an authorization form to me, which I had to print and fill out by hand, and then fax to the hotel. I didn't have a fax machine, and so I called the hotel desk to find a workaround, such as scanning and emailing the form. The hotel representative was rude and unaccommodating. Eventually I had to ask another relative who was staying at the same hotel to cover the bill on his credit card. This was all unacceptably complicated and bureaucratic, especially considering the circumstances of bereavement and limited time. I am a longtime Priority Club member, and I'm really not sure that I ever want to stay at any holiday inn again.

Everything wash very clean. The bed/room was very comfortable.
The television only worked about half of the time, the remote was also broken. Internet service was minimal/very slow.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Timerider Close to Midway Airport, but still far enough away for Quiet.
They have a good bar, and a very nice (but expensive) in-hotel restaurant, but the breakfast buffet is the same every single day. Suggestion: don't include the breakfast buffet with your room unless you are only staying for a couple of days.
