Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfort I stay at holiday Inn hotels,normally they are a good value.This particular hotel property needs to learn better customer service skills.The room temperature was very cold 58 degrees,I know that temperatures were abnormally cold for this climate zone,but this should have been dealt with by raising the room temperature to allow for customer comfort.The front desk personell were very unattentive upon checkout. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast package At the point of check-in I had added the breakfast for 2 guests option. The cost of this was 10.00. The next morning when I proceeded to go for breakfast the waiter had told me it was only good for the buffet!!! I explained to him that upon purchasing the breakfast option I was told I could order off the menu if I did not want the buffet The waiter had asked the mngr in the kitchen? if this was good, the mngr in the kitchen? told him that it was only good for the buffet Mind you that this cost 10.00 and the buffet I think was 7.99. Not a good option to do. I told the waiter that I will not be doing breakfast and I was going to get a refund on the breakfast coupon. The sales mngr went to the kitchen mgnr? and told them that the menu was ok to order from. I have stayed at quite a few holiday inns and I usually purchase the breakfast coupon. I have been told by most that it is good for up to $20.00. Not cash value but food value. The problem was solved, everyone handled the situation professionally, but I did get charged for an orange juice that was added to my bill. Not a big deal but I think mngrs and employees should know what these coupons are good for and everyone be on the same page. To add another comment about the restaurant, for a full restaurant the menu is slim to none. Not even a burger to order off the menu. No steaks, just mostly appetizer type food. February 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing and non-taxing place to stay This hotel was great, check in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean, as was the bathroom. Quite spotless to say the least. I was only there for one night, but, the bed was amazing, pillows and the comforter were good. February 12, 2015
