Most of the staff was very friendly except for the person on duty in the restaurant on Saturday morning, she was rude, short and snotty with us and her attitude was unnecessary plus breakfast was NOTHING like the pictures all over the hotel it was a very unimpressive basic continental breakfast for $8.95 a person! No way was I going to spend almost $40 for my family to eat donuts and muffins. This selection should be free like most hotels who offer free continental breakfasts. April 9, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate for business trip The hotel is adequate for a brief stop on a business trip. The exterior looks run down, but the room was comfortable enough. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast fare was limited and not overly appetizing. I suggest the Waffle House across the street instead. Bathroom is super small with the smallest toilet I've seen in a while. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Overall, an average hotel. April 8, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Spring break with Granddaughter Overall experience was good. The staff was very friendly, and we were able to check in early. Location was good and the surrounding area wasn’t as bad as some had complained about. The rooms were good for the money. However, the hallway and elevator floors were dirty. We had dried soap in the shower which was disturbing. When we received our bill we had an extra $30 on it. When I talked to the front desk about it, she informed me it was a security deposit which is put on all bills and would be taken off within 2 -3 days. We were not told about this security deposit when we made the reservation nor when we checked in. We have been priority club members for 15+ years, and this is the first time we have ever had a security deposit put on our bill. Now I have to monitor my credit card to be sure the $30 is taken off. This is an inconvenience. March 31, 2015
