Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful We were there with our two children. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Legacy Place. It was one of our worst hotel experiences. When arrived back after dinner there were 5-10 people right outside the entrance smoking. There were loud intoxicated people on our floor and the floor above us. I can not describe the amount of door slamming, yelling and banging. This did not end until after 3:00 am. Never ever ever again. February 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer service. Easy check-in, warm room, convenient shuttle service from Amtrak Station, Great Customer service staff. Clean rooms, fast internet connection. I have previously stayed at this Holiday Inn, the customer service is great. From the front desk staff (Miss Robin), to the shuttle driver (Mr Pierre), to the on-staff engineers, to Miss Dawn, the 'do a bit of everything' lady, its a great hotel.
