I was given a key to an already occupied room, not once but twice. Embarrassing not only to me but the people I walked in on as well. Was told by the manager that my room would be comped because of the inconvenience. I even checked with the desk in the morning and they confirmed there was no charge. Unfortunately when I checked my credit card I found that I was indeed charged for the night. The room was clean, even though there was some trash left on the desk along with another key (which made me wonder if I was not given an occupied room for the third time).The facillity itself wasn't bad but the overall experience will definitely keep me from ever going back to this particular hotel.

We are both disabled and their shuttle has a lift and we can both fit in the same trip.
Great water pressure in our room!

This hotel could and should be amazing for business travelers...but it is not! You will not get any work done if you plan on using their internet service. If you want to order breakfast using the menu card placed on your door, it's a 50/50 chance you will get it! Elevators are slow due to only one or two working at a time. Employee's are kind but frustrated with the cut backs.
Again, could and should be an amazing business hotel but chooses not to.

The overall experience was positive. The room was comfortable. Check in was easy and quick. TV channel selection was good. Location was convenient.

First time in Denver. Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. Everything was crisp and clean, the staff was professional. One not it is defintiely easy and enjoyable to use the transit train to get to the hotel. Very easy and the staff was very helpful in navigating it. shuttles are on point and the drivers are excellent!

Staff had excellent communication and knew to protect my account and privacy when extended family members were to check in. I had no idea that I had to contact IHG Reservations to add members to my reservation, it was explained and the staff even called me personally!!! Awesome
