Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service. Service was very good. This stay started on the 19th and ended 3 nights later on two separate reservations. Well received and accommodated all needs. Last minute reservation (first night) due to some schedule adjustments was efficiently provided by Rafael (Front Desk Rep) with a single room available. It did cost me a bit more than would have otherwise but they made every attempt at meeting my needs. Food service at Breakfast and Bar/Lounge was very good with service to go along with it. Room service - did that once and was good as well, except connectivity from the room was a little cumbersome (issues with the phone in the room). Bedroom were comfortable - 1st night in a 2nd floor facing QUEBEC street - bit noisy. Second and third night moved to 11th floor on my second reservation and by request (very accommodating), much better on the noise except for a big'old train blaring horn a couple of times (what are you gonna do?). 2 queen bed in room - one I slept in was slight saggy. Bathroom good but drain needs to be drained - water pooled in tub. Carpets need a deep cleaning in the second room I stayed. May 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel staff was excellent The desk staff and bellman went out of their way to be helpful. We checked in very early in the day and the person at the desk went out of her way to find us a room and get us checked in. The bellman/van driver was very helpful in helping us see some sights in Denver, as we were departing via train the following day and had some time to kill in Denver. May 13, 2015

We let the staff know about the slow drain in the tub and sick. They noted it and called the engineers immediately. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. May 12, 2015
