Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Better than average Holiday Inn. This is probably the overall best Holiday Inn I've stayed in so far. My room (executive room) was clean, quiet (I asked for a room away from the main street) and fairly well sized. Some of my colleagues were complaining on noise from the main street but were moved to new rooms after first night. Location is pretty good between downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina. It takes 5 min to walk to Mall of The Emirates and there's a Metro station 2 min away. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating to me and my colleagues during our stay. Awais (?) was standing out from the rest of the staff with exceptional service that I usually only get when staying at "higher end" hotels. I rated "Staff and Service" 4 out of 5 and that's only because the service at the pool and pool bar was very slow, friendly, but very slow, every day we stayed at the hotel. March 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by on business in Dubai This hotel is ideally located for a short busniess trip in Dubai when visits to Jebel Ali as well as other industrial areas like Al Quoz are required. The next metro station is in 100 m. Emirates Mall in 200 m. Concierge was very supportive for the gate pass. Unfortnunately internet access was not satisfactory during the stay. March 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice clean hotel with a good location For access to either Jebel Ali Free Zone or Dubai downtown this hotel is perfect. I had a problem with the pressure of the Shower. Once reported, the issue was fixed the same day. Due to my IHG status I was given an upgraded room which was nice. Unfortunately the upgraded room had a very small Bathroom but apart from this the room was good. March 1, 2015

The only problem we had was accessing wi-fi which was rather unreliable but didn't cause too much of a problem. February 19, 2015
