Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Hotel This hotel is our favorite every time we come to Dubuque. We have stayed in other hotels in the area but always come back to this one. Rooms are clean and the pillows and beds are so comfortable. Bathroom is always very clean with plenty of towels. There is plenty of parking behind the hotel in a parking garage that has access directly into the elevators to the rooms. April 10, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but remodel of room unacceptable I am on the top floor of the hotel and pay good money to earn Elite status. The room one door down from me was having the whirl pool ripped out and dry wall installed. The workers were on site shouting down the corridor at 7.30 am and work started 8 am Unfortunately due to the dust and dirt (Which wasn't cleaned up) and the banging and staple guns it ruined the week. Highlight was friendly staff and excellent shuttle service April 9, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location This hotel has a great location and I love staying in this area. I will stay here again in the future mostly because I love the area. The rooms need little things fixed....like the bathroom could use more lighting and they need more outlets in the work area of the room. I did eat at the restaurant and it was annoying that there was a person at the bar playing a video game that made all kinds of crazy noise and made my dinner unpleasant as I had to listen to it the whole time....They should just turn the sound off on that machine.....just a thought. The restaurant could also use some music or something like that, but the food is good. April 6, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the cost! We wanted to spend some time relaxing and catching up in the bar or hot tub. We returned to the hotel at 9:30 and found the pool area swarming with unsupervised children. The noise was unbelievable, but it did not matter because the hot tub was so small that 3 of us could not comfortably fit relax in it. Disappointed, we decided to turn in early, but could not get any sleep because of nearby trains and unexplained knocks on our door all throughout the night. The worst thing was finding the biggest spider I have ever seen in the elevator! The front desk offered to spray the next day, but that wasn't going to help us feel good about the room that night. Bottom line, it was more like a budget hotel without the budget price! April 1, 2015
