Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Upon arriving at the Holiday Inn, I only had to wait a minute or two for an available receptionist to check in. In which was very understandable for the fact that she was helping another customer. Upon checking out, I mentioned to the receptionist that my room didn't have any hot water and the receptionist was very apologetic and gave a voucher for breakfast. I enjoy staying at this hotel whenever I can get away for a weekend. February 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Disapointed in staff not helping to find a lost item We stayed at this hotel for valentine's day and had gone in the hot tub at the hotel (which is very small). I hung my swimming suit behind the door on the hook to dry. We left the next morning and after unpacking our stuff I realized that I had left my swimming suit behind the door. I called right away but didn't get a call back until a day later. The gal said sorry but they didn't have it. I asked her to look again because I am 100% sure it is there and know exactly where I left it. She said there is nothing there. I did call and speak with the hotel manager regarding it and how she was not the friendliest person to deal with. Unfortunately, it never showed up and they didn't seem too concerned. I was very disappointed in the fact that a missing item like this wouldn't have been turned in and returned to me. February 26, 2015
