Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Park & Fly We used this property both ways on our trip to the Grand Canyon. Our biggest problem was with the restaurants. The night before our trip the staff was great, but the fruit flies are awful. On our return there was no waitress on a Friday night, they did not have either of the drinks we requested (Chardonnay & Miller Lite).It's the weekend. The food was ok but work definitely needs to be done here. Fruit flies still present. The reason we choose to use this hotel is because it has an in house restaurant which many other park & fly do not and we do not want to drive in the city. The new mattresses in rooms were great on return trip. July 31, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay at Eagan, MN Had a good time with the kids at this hotel, they were updating rooms while we were there ours had yet to be updated and was starting to need the love. Only complaint about the stay was the internet was so slow I couldn't do much of anything, sure couldn't stream netflix / youtube, etc. but also was almost dial up slow for connecting to work. Wireless signal was strong just too many people using internet. was fine early in the morning to do work before everyone wakes up. Pool was nice and clean great location if you want todo some shopping while around. July 31, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by never again After a long wait ( 15 minutes) to check, only 2 guest ahead of me.The lady did not great me, she looked for mine reservation details in her computer and told me it is nice you are a goldmember and your room is not ready. I asked her why, check in time is 3PM and it is 3.20PM. She told me, other guest stay longer and you have to wait a hour. Nice way to do, i said and ask for the manager. The manager came and het was not interrested at all. So this is the way the HI Eagan in Minneapolis threats their customers and it is unbelievable. I informed HI customer services about it, they send mine complaint to the hotel manager and I did not received a answer at all. July 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Pleasant Over-Night near Minneapolis Airport The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean, always our two top criteria. We were fortunate to have an upgrade to a very nice, well-appointed room. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, always our next most important criteria. Our only significant disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on the weekend when we were there, although it is open weeknights, a somewhat surprising twist. However, the person working the bar was excellent and had very nice snacks and an amazingly good cabernet sauvignon by the glass. Also, breakfast started a bit later on the weekend, so we couldn't get it before taking the airport shuttle. But the person who drove the airport shuttle told us about a carefully concealed curbside check-in area for Delta that people from other hotels had never told us about. That was a tremendous help, as we checked out luggage before taking an elevator to a skyway and another elevator to get to the terminal. July 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful, caring staff The night of my stay, the hotel was busy and completely booked, but I think the staff at this hotel enjoys the challenge of keeping everyone happy. I had a very good experience here. But, it could have been a horrible time since I had left my phone charger at the last hotel. Judy in Housekeeping really saved the day for me by going out of her way to find another charger for me to borrow, and delivered it to my room in spite of the fact that they had a million other things going on since most guests were checking in at that time.Much appreciated! I took the hotel shuttle to the Mall and back -- both drivers were great. The bartender was also very professional and nice. Room service breakfast was delivered quickly and the food was very good -- great fruit plate as well. I've been at other hotels where it's difficult to even place an order with room service, but not here! July 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Family Trip We traveled to Minneapolis for the weekend with our kids for leisure. The hotel was under construction and the rooms were not correct, they solved the problem by letting us have two separate rooms and then moved us to a suite the next morning (we did arrive after midnight). The breakfast was disappointing and the coffee was awful, but the hotel was great. Although we had some issues, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. We will stay again. July 29, 2015
