Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room There was plenty of room, a refrigerator and microwave. Room temperature was perfect and air conditioner/heater was very quiet and did not run very often. The room was quiet and dark enough to get a good night sleep. There was a power strip for charging all our electronics. WIFI worked great. February 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Something we can count on Whether we stay because of business or visiting family we find the whole experience quite pleasurable.The stafff is always able to respond to our needs whether we needed a new light bulb or extra towels Our one complaint is the taste of the water in the rooms. It rendered the in-room coiffee un drinkable...but we could go down to the lobby and that coffee was good. Maybe it was the 5th floor??? We never have experienced it before. We will return many times and we like the deals when associated with something BIG going on in the area February 1, 2016

The menu needs more on it for people with dietary restrictions and was cold at both breakfast and dinner. The beds are extremely hard, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the kept the property very clean. January 25, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The service was very good. Went for a family event, needed a place near. The staff did a great job, they were kind and very professional. The room could have been a little cleaner as far as the bathroom....just need to pay more attention to the little details. Also feel that there needs to be extra towels in the room based on how many adults are staying in the room. Should not have to take the time to have to call for the towels. The restaurant staff both at dinner and breakfast were wonderful, the food wasn't great but passable. January 21, 2016
