The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the mini fridge was a bonus. The pool and spa were clean and well maintained. We were here for 4 nights, the maid service came in every day and made up the room and left plenty of fresh towels for the 4 of us in the room.

This was a wonderful mini spring break for our daughter and three granddaughters, ages 3, 7 and 8 they loved the swimming pool! We arrived at 1 pm intending to spend the afternoon in the pool, only to find our rooms were actually ready and were able to check in. With a reservation you can use the pool before and after check-in/check-out, how great is that. The food we ate in the restaurant was very good and the kids ate free! This hotel is situated close to the I-5 freeway which is very convenient, every member of staff we met were extremely friendly, including the very nice lady who replaces the used towels around the pool. We have stayed at this hotel previously and will do so again and would highly recommend it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by barnyard203 Don't let the neighborhood scare you away!
This hotel is located in what appears to be a struggling neighborhood. Neighbors include a half-way house with people sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot (at 6:00 PM). But, the hotel provides secure parking in a basement facility if you should have concerns about your vehicle. And, we walked 2 blocks to an incredible restaurant and never felt threatened in any way. Ask at the front desk and they'll share a coupon for a free appetizer at Terracotta Red (nearly a $10 value). Then, take a short walk and try the Sweet Basil Beef (unreal).
We would come back here again for sure!

All staff were friendly an accommodating from check-in, servers, lounge, and maid service. The gentleman in the lounge tried very hard to get one of the TVs to get the curling on, and was generally successful and the Happy hour snacks were very tasty. In the restaurant the food service was friendly although the young ‘hostess’ for breakfast on April 4 was not at all informative about the breakfast coupon which we purchased upon checking in. We were just seated, she left, and no menu was presented so we had to ask the server who, very politely, explained it was for a buffet. The breakfast was OK, not as good as a Holiday Inn Express, but dinner, although a limited menu, was very good, as was the service.
Even though we were facing the freeway on the 7th floor there was quite a bit of noise. Also, you could hear the people next door when they first came in, jumping on the bed. We were concerned it might be a loud night but they came back late and were fairly quiet.

Hotel commons area and pool seemed well kept, bright and clean. Our room was on the freeway side. It was noisy all night long. Also, the room was not the cleanest. It looked like it had been a while since anyone had cleaned under the pieces of furniture.

We stayed at the Everett Holiday Inn for a Gymnastics Competition. It was the recommended host hotel. Our daughter had fun swimming in the indoor pool and spa. We slept amazing on the 2 twin sized beds. I will stay at this hotel for our next competition in Everett.
