The hotel was very clean and the room was amazing. It had a huge mini fridge and even a Keurig machine! Staff were very friendly and able to help. The pool was amazing and one of the biggest I have seen in a hotel in a while.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. There is a shuttle service provided. Breakfast is free at some rates, but not very good. If you have to pay for breakfast, I'd look at other options.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mickthee Good experience but for one small thing...
My two boys (ages 8 and 10) and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to the Xfinity Arena, which was our reason for traveling to Everett. The room, pool, shuttle, restaurant, etc. met, if not exceeded, our needs.
The only reason I am giving such a low score in the "Staff and Service" category is because of an interaction we had with one particular person at the front desk. She scolded one of the boys for running in the lobby and the other for not wearing a shirt. My issue was more with her tone than anything else.
I understand the importance of not running. I was a little more perplexed on the "shirt" rule. She said it was posted somewhere but did not indicate exactly where. We looked around for a sign and after a fairly lengthy search, found something right near the elevator. It was fairly inconspicuous and not at eye level for adults. Be that as it may, I was a little surprised that a hotel that holds itself out as family-friendly would be so concerned with a young child walking to the pool without a shirt.
But again, my perception of this staff person had less to do with the rule(s) she was communicating than the manner in which she communicated. Her tone was anything but customer-centric. However, we were satisfied with the other staff and we likely would return in spite of the less than ideal interaction we had with this one particular individual.
