The customer service here is horrible, they don't inspect the room before allowing a new guest to check in, GSR don't notate any complaints you have, so they can fix the issue(s), they charge your card even if they have don't know 100% if you are at fault. Don't waste your time staying here, its nothing more than a big headache.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was so friendly and attentive. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Room had cigarette ashes on carpet upon arrival, meaning not completely cleaned.(informed front desk) Tissue roll was empty (contacted front desk) Missing towels *only had Two bath towels and two hand towels (contacted front desk) Refrigarator wasnt getting completely cold and freezer wasnt freezing (contacted front desk) Toliet paper room fail off wall *wish i could insert picture. (contacted front desk) Asked to be moved, no rooms like the one i had was available. Around 4 or 5 am the kids finally went to go to sleep. (pull out sofa bed wouldnt come out and it seem like it was broken (contacted front desk) I told her we have been having nothing but problems with this room, can we have a late checkout for 2pm (she said yes and assured us she will tell management so we wont be charged for the couch). ******Can you guess what happened????? Yep we got charged for the sofa bed and tissue rack. Called to speak with management and he is so rude, all he kept saying was you broke the couch. No clearly the room wasnt inspected! Then they have no log saying who had any complaints. This hotel management is disqusting!!!!
