Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Night before early flight My expectations were met, the room was nice, bed comfy, all my needs were easy to be met. The staff was friendly, eager to please. I felt the overall safety of the area was good. I went outdoors several times to smoke and did not have to worry about the surroundings. My personal feelings are that smoking policy or not, any hotel should have a section of rooms set aside for smokers. After all, we pay the same rate as those who object to smoking, so it seems unfair to me. April 15, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sleeping Rooms are OK, staff is very friendly The sleeping rooms are OK. Noting special. Not new, not old. Some wear in carpet, etc. There seemed to be a LOT of maid service milling around all day and well into the late evening. Seems as if they couldn't keep up with the rooms. My room was turned over every day (new towels, sometimes new toiletries, etc.) but not cleaned. I am a female and loose lots of hair in the AM, so I could see all the hair from the week on the floor. Although nothing appeared outwardly dirty, it makes you wonder what is actually being done. One of my work associates had his towels picked up off the floor and refolded and shelved. He knew this because he used them to shave and the towels on the shelf later that day contained hair. Men's saved hair. The banquet facilities are nice, but you really need to make sure you have everything in your contact up front or there may be a chance you don't have it. We asked for AV carts for our presentation rooms, but then did not have any power ran to these carts. No extension cords or power strips. It was difficult to find banquet staff at times. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very dirty For the amount of money the room cost it was not worth it at all. No fridge in the room, stains all over the floor. Just not pleased with the quality at all. We stayed in the room to take our two boys swimming like we do every year. Except our normal hotel was booked so we tried here was not worth the money at all. Pool was so cold and dirty. Restaurant was horrible and highly over priced for the diner type food. I will not recommend this to anyone very disappointed. March 15, 2016
