This was the worst check in I have had at any hotel. The desk clerk was the problem. She did not know what she was doing, plus she had her young daughter with her who was not behaving at all. Her daughter was being a pest to a guest that had a little girl. It took 40 minutes to get checked in and I was only the third person in line. When I went down to get something out of my car the line was extremely long and I saw a lot of frustration on the faces of those customers trying to get checked in. Where is the customer service? No manager in sight. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location so I will no longer stay here.

It was a disaster from the start. My daughter and I stopped on our trip at approximately 10:00pm and the front desk experience was something to be desired. There were two ladies working, it looked like one was ready to go home and the other who was working the front counter seemed disappointed that I interrupted their conversation. It took 15 minutes for her to book me one room and then forgot to put in my IHG number, the only way I knew this is because I asked. (By the way I was never credited for the stay with IHG Reward Club) It took her another 5 minutes to input the data and I received my key. After parking the car and coming in with our suitcase she stopped me to give me my reservation receipt which she had forgotten to give me prior.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was not good, food was not hot and selection was poor. We had previously stayed at a lower quality hotel and was offered a spectacular breakfast option for free. I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone.

It took me 38 mins to check in. Employee behind the counter had her little daughter with her while checking in customers. Very unprofessional! Most Holiday Inns offer free breakfast, you guys should start doing the same.

My business stay down in the Florence Kentucky area went fantastic. Hotel was centrally located between 10 key accounts in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Areas. Hotel met all of my expectation. Easy access to I-71

Our go to hotel when we see the Florence Freedom baseball game. Always the same warm welcome. Can always count on a clean comfy stay. Our request for the same quiet room as last time was granted. Complimentary tickets to game awaited us upon arrival. Thank you Amanda. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

I stay here at least once a year when I go to a baseball game at the ballpark nearby. Usually I have a pleasant stay and I have no problem with the hotel itself or the cleanliness or security. However the front desk staff could use a bit more training. Courtesy isn't their strong point at all. The lady at the front desk wasn't rude or anything, but wasn't at all pleasant either. The same lady was at the desk when I checked out the next morning and I had to ask for a copy of my bill which seemed to really inconvenience her. I'll stay again next year, but if they build another hotel within walking distance of the ballpark, I'll rethink that.
