It handled channel changes but would not turn the TV off/on and did not control the volume of the TV, so even though I requested this to be repaired on the very first evening of my stay, as far as I could tell, nobody even attempted to fix the TV remote. Otherwise, staff was attentive and responsive overall. August 31, 2015

My only two negative comments are: 1 - and this applies to most HIE's HI's I have stayed at over the last 2 yrs, pillows are not comfortable, it seems the goal is to have two firm and two soft pillows on the beds, but I seem to find the rooms with 3 or 4 firm pillows every time and I can't sleep on them. 2 - toilet seat and cover were barely attached, almost free floating and bit of a challenge in the dark! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Go Bengals Excellent location. We did have problems with the TV as they use Direct TV and it seemed to take a while for the full picture to come in. But, we weren't in town to watch TV. Breakfast meal was good and the dinning area was well cleaned and maintained. VERY Happy with the staff and service. We'll be back August 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and good dining room service. Upon check-in the clerk did not make us feel welcome. She wasn't rude but was not a greeter. The gals the next day on the desk were fine. I use an electric cart. Additional handicap parking is needed in front of the hotel so the double doors can be used to enter the building. The hotel was very busy but no noise could be heard in the room. The only negative comment about the room would be regarding the air conditioner. It is a window unit and the room temperature drops below the requested temp before the unit turns on. The air then blows onto the bed. I would pack a pair of winter pajamas to stay again. Temperature is hard to regulate due to the air flow. Service in the restaurant is great. Krista is so friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was good. The lower star rating is only due to one clerk and the air conditioner. I would stay in this hotel again. August 18, 2015
