Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to IHG standards! Wow, not what i expected when i booked this hotel. The outside looks good enough, but the inside of the building was run down and un-kept. The front desk personnel were busy talking and laughing in the back room and took several minutes before coming out to attend to me. No recognition as a Platinum member; not unfriendly, just apathetic. The worst was my bathroom! The water mostly came out of the lower spigot and I barely had any shower pressure. I didn't even bother calling the front desk as it was late, and for me, the last straw. Please check out the shower in room 169! Needless to say I was disappointed by the hotel as a whole, and cannot see me booking again. I need to be in the area this week again, but I am with clients and will likely book outside of IHG because of this property. February 16, 2015
