We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the staff was more than nice. When we got up to the room it was clean there was alot of space for our belongings. Also the pool and hot tub was a plus pool felt great. We also enjoyed the breakfast they had a different opinions to pick from. overall we enjoyed our stay.

We are platinum elite members. We booked our rooms online through the IHG® website. Being a platinum elite member we are supposed to get a complementary upgrade if it is available. When we checked in the desk clerk told us that our room had been marked as do not move. When asked to speak to the manager conveniently they were not available. We had the same trouble last year and the general manager contacted us and gave us a certificate good for one night stay when we came back this year. We have stayed at this hotel every year during the stock show for the last five years. When we gave the desk the certificate to put under our room we were told that we could not use it because we did not call ahead. When we asked to speak with the manager again we were told once again they were not available. I even called the general managers number and left a voicemail while we were there but never received a call back or anything while we were there. The rooms were nice just like every other Holiday Inn we stay at and if you just want to stop and stay and go you probably won't have any problems, but if you plan to stay for a little while or would like additional services or complementary services you're supposed to receive you probably Will struggle to get them.
