Great for a night's stay. Wish there would have been a window curtain that closed all the way. We had a courtyard room and the light was on all evening and came threw the sheer panel curtains. Also felt that anyone passing the window could see into the room. Pool was nice-kids slept good- that's all that matters.

A bit of confusion about room readiness, but other than that, it was good!

The Holiday Inn in Fredrick Maryland, is a good place to stay. it's quite, in fact it's to quite there's no entertainment. It's boring, there are no activities expect for the pool, workout area, and the bar; I almost forgot about the salsa dancing, so you would count that. The other hotels in the area offer more, but as for personnel no one beats the Holiday Inn staff. Nevertheless the Hotel has no karaoke, or pool tables. By the way don't order the chicken wings.

I remember staying at this hotel (many years ago) when it was owned by another hotel chain. The property is exactly as it was then. I can't wait to see the changes once the renovations are completed.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Post 13 Mostly comfortable, HVAC updates needed
If weather temperature would have been warmer, I'm sure the room would have been uncomfortably warm.
This includes the Ball Room/Conference Center and the Banquet Hall.
