Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, fair to average accommodations. My main concern is that I accidentally left a shirt hanging in the closet, called immediately upon returning home, housekeeping verified that they had the shirt and would send it to me. That was six weeks ago, and still no shirt or explanation. Poor customer relations.

We had a large group and Aaron, at the front desk, and Makayla, in sales office, went out of their way to be helpful and answer any concerns we had.

Overall the experience was positive. Linens and room was relatively clean. The desk chair's faux leather was deteriorating and flecks of the material were throughout the room and floor.
Otherwise the room was updated and clean.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and my room are clean and comfortable. Printer in the business center did not work, which was the only problem I encountered.

This hotel location is good when visiting Greensboro, High Point and Winston Salem. I also like that it is pet friendly with a very reasonable rate for pets. There were no odors in the rooms (smoke, dogs, etc) but the AC unit did smell a bit when I first turned it on. After it ran for a while the musty smell went away. Likely to stay here again.
