Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good - Just one minor comment on taxi drop-off/ car park management Good convenient hotel, especially the Executive Floor and lounge. Have stayed here a few times and recommend this hotel. However, this trip I don't know if it was a one off or bad taxi drop-off/ car park management, but when arrived I think it was an airport shuttle bus blocking the entrance to the covered front of the hotel. As it happened it was pouring with rain and due to the shuttle bus it created a small traffic jam outside and no cars/ taxis could come in. I and my luggage got quite wet as I got off outside and pulled my luggage inside. Importantly, the shuttle bus was not blocked by either cars or vehicles in front, and it could easily have moved forwards to allow other vehicles to come in and move around it. When I was checking in I noticed that the shuttle bus remained there for another few minutes. Just a comment as I think this could have been managed much much better (and really easy to fix) and am not sure how many other guests and their luggage may have unecesarily got wet that day (or on other days). Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by actually overvalued and a bit tricky Room 1231 25 to 28 August 1231 But the staff is so understanding, caring and helpful. And English is quite understandable, fortunately. Yet many criticisms that can be improved easily. For example, the closing of the tub goes a crack through which the bath slowly deflates. Or pillows, 4 in number present, many are too weak. Or do have a radio with alarm clock but it does not function. A few things that do not resolve are but feel uncomfortable: Barely daylight because the curtains do not open. Pitifully view when you get behind the curtains. An electrical system that you can hardly find in the dark but need to ignite the 3 bedside lamps. In other words, terribly poor lighting. The bedroom, there is nothing else, has 1 seat, too big for the few space at the desk. It is therefore camp on the bed. This space is approximately 12 m2 with a long corridor in which a kind of closet with all the other necessities such as iron, curling iron, ironing, safety box etc. so there is no room for a suitcase. Standing in the hallway. Also you can not lose a lot of clothes. The bed moved to the center off, fine if you want to sleep together. Therefore, a cushion between them and backache the next morning. Are there any good things? Yes: Great towels, lovely shower (but hardly exhaust the staff and the (semi Italian) restaurant.. TRAP: at the check you get the next key a piece of paper that many will not read and therefore do not use. By showing this piece of paper you get in the restaurant at breakfast and 30% off everything on the voucher. So-called "IN HOUSE GUEST" as if those who do not show the paper, and that's almost everyone, come from outside. A nice way to earn additional 30%. Why do not they turn to? If I charged to my room late booking, I do in-house? And one gag: We had a prepaid package but had to issue a deposit of HK thousand and when I had eaten the evening was again Thousand HK written off. One promised in the final reckoning these 2 Thousand HK deposit back but to date not. • Stayed July, 2015, traveled with friends Sincerely, July 31, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by great location,good size room,poor service the location of this hotel is very handy the room size is also good size for hong kong hotels the room i stayed 503 was dusty,and i mean dust everywhere. Breakfast was good The problem i encountered was when I request a breakfast box in the room on 26/07/15 a night before to be delivered on 6 in the morning and they did not deliver it at all. Luckily I called them and remind them for this. And they deliver the breakfast at 06.20,thus made us rush to airport. Not good July 30, 2015
