Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Cleaning Staff needs to monitored a little more closely Beautiful room with refrigerator and microwave. Tub was dirty the first day. My keys didn't work. When I arrived back at the hotel the second night, the room had not been cleaned. When I told the front desk staff, they sent someone up who gave me more shampoo and cream rinse. February 8, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Houston stay for post-op doctor visit. I had requested a roll-in shower, but at least the bath was handicap-accessible. The supper menu was poor, several of the choices were unavailable,and the food we settled on was SO bad. But, the next morning's breakfast was quite satisfactory, and the wait-staff was way better in the morning. We were glad to find a lunch cafeteria at the hospital,because we weren't going to risk an avoidable meal at the hotel. This experience was unusual. as we have often stayed at Holiday Inn and H-Inn Express in other locations and been well-pleased. February 8, 2016

Everyone we encounter had a sincere professionalism. Their willingness to help make our stay comfortable was impeccable. Also, offering the shuttle back and forth to Texas Children's Hospital is worth it weight in gold! To everyone we encountered during our visit, THANK YOU, for your dedication and making this trip a little easier during our visit. We will be seeing you again, soon! February 3, 2016

The dining areas are convenient, clean, and service is excellent. However, the prices are high. Overall, the stay was enjoyable but would suggest finding a dining area away from the hotel. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hidden Fees The hotel itself was GREAT. The hidden fees however were NOT so great. It's quite a shock when you are traveling with 3 kids and 2 adults so you get adjoining rooms only to be hit with double the fees. The $50 that was deducted for each room "just in case there's damage" is ludicrous when you already have said credit card on file to charge it if need be and you took it out IMMEDIATELY but we have to wait 3-5 days to get it back..... Just crazy and I have YET to understand what it was the $35 was taken out for for each room. Also the maids walked right into my kids room without even knocking. Unacceptable. January 27, 2016

For some reason we didn't sleep very well, but didn't seem to be attributed to environment, may have been the hospital appointments we traveled for. January 22, 2016
