I had to change rooms due to the fact that my keys would not work. When I arrived at the new room, they keys would not work there either. The hotel did compensate me with some reward points for my trouble, which was good. However at breakfast the next morning, I waited at the desk to be seated and no one came out to seat me,. The waiter did walk by once and he had to see me, but made no indication that I was there. The hostess was at the bar working on some paper work and she did not acknowledge me either. Finally I went to the front desk and the gentleman behind the counter came to the restaurant and found someone to seat me. (the lady sitting at the bar doing paperwork)
The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service was lacking. Not what I have come to expect and look forward to from the IHG brand.

Unable to use internet in room. When finally able to connect got dropped. Looks like hotel just remodeled. Highway noise on south facing room. Will stay at Holiday Inn Express down the street next time.

I recently stayed here on business. the new facility was bright and clean. The staff was very helpful and the on site restaurant was convenient. If I find the need to be in this area again in the future I will stay here again.
