Staff was always pleasant, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean; geographical convenience was a big plus. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overall good Floor (dark colored tile) in front of refrigerator was dirty. Tile had not been scrubbed in a long time. Opened refrigerator and it had been defrosting and was filled with water. Attempting to remove tray under freezer because it was spilling water all over, much water spilled onto floor. Used a towel to mop it up and it was filthy when I got done. May 6, 2015

It was 12:30 AM and we were winding down before climbing into bed when the room door was opened by a man who had a key that unlocked the room door. It was fortunate that we had the secure latch on the door which prevented the man from completely opening the door and entering our room. He had just checked into the hotel and was given the room that we were currently occupying.Needless to say, all of us were surprised! I did not feel comfortable or safe after the front desk gave another guest the key to our room. April 30, 2015
