Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by the saddest holiday inn dont stay here if you dont have to, it was loud from kids running up and down the hallways throughout the night and from traffic noise from the highway, even with the fan on. The sheets were stained and gross made me not want to sleep on the bed, i slept on top of the bedding instead of in the bed. Not a comfortable nights rest. September 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Near Airport We choose to stay at this property because it was fairly close to the airport, and we had an early morning flight. Wanted to get some work done on the computer in the business center, but found the computer to be real slow. Also wanted to get some laundry done, but found the machines to be expensive. Decided to just go to bed instead, but the bed was not all that comfy. September 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by failure of new staff to know what they are doing. I've been coming here 8 times a month for years. The new staff sounds like robots that only know how to spit out policy and i can't help you cause i don't know how to do that and i won't go find out cause that would make me look stupid. I'm staying here as a member. i don't trust i will be getting points for this stay. just on how clueless the new staff sound. Also you will get charge tip even if you go down and pick your food up. i don't trust the restaurant cause i'm getting charged for more then what i signed my name to. i get the feeling they are adding a little extra for themselves. so i refuse to order from this place. last but not least my company pays for this. somehow they keep randomly charging my card. that i have to call and have removed. god forbid i get an overdraft fee cause of their lack of know how. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst hotel I ever stayed in I travel 90% of the time so I spend a good deal of time in hotels. When I che3cked in I asked for a room that was on the highest level and quite. While they did put me on the highest floor (eliminate room above noise) they placed me in a room facing the highway. This was the loudest room I have ever stayed in. When I tried to call the front desk I got no answer. So I went downstairs and saw a panicked woman trying to get people cheked in. I stood back and was waiting and the people in front asked if I was cheking in. I said I was checked in and was requesing to be moved to another room. The gal behind the desk spoke up and said We are overbooked and have nothing else available. And that they have no idea what they are going to do with the people on a flight due in any minute. I said they can have my room if she could find me location not so loud. She said she cant do that. It was the worst experience I have ha to date. The room was not only terribly loud due to poor insulation and road noise. The hotel is very out dated and looks like whoever did the caulig was using a kid with pay-doh. The carpets are stained and musty smell. Outside looks fine but dont be fooled. September 21, 2015
