Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to par this time Normally a great hotel to stay at. Clean, neat, nice rooms. We had some problems with the staff and the restaurant this time. We have stayed here a lot of times and it's normally a great experience. We will continue to stay here and are confident that management will contact us regarding our issues. We feel like it was an isolated incident and don't want to condemn the hotel for one mistake. It's a great location and works well for us. April 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Food and polite front desk personell I was very impressed with the hotel cleanliness and overall quality even though my bed was not made, and the hallway was uncomfortably warm each day as though the air conditioner in hallway wasn't working. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Food and Beverage Service Exceptional Not pleased with housekeeping. Stayed for 10 days--requested 4 bath towels for every day. Sometimes I received 4 bath towels and sometimes I didn't. One day the beds were not made at all. Stayed at this location in September 2015; housekeeping experience was much better during that visit. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Visit This was my first stay at this location and I was there for 4 nights. Close to shopping and restaurants and easy to spot from the freeway. A little hard to find the entrance at first but I was aware of this issue from reading reviews first. When I'm traveling for work I rarely sleep so I unfortunately cannot comment on the comfortableness of the beds. I prefer firm mattresses so I did not have an issue with that. April 20, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful location but hard to sleep The one thing my wife and I planned to do after a very long day was to sleep comfortably but this did not happen. It was difficult to get comfortable. The bed was too firm, sheets were rough and the pillows seemed cheap. It made for a night of tossing and turning and desire to get back to my own bed immediately. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn on Bay Meadows in Jacksonville While the hotel staff was very responsive and helpful, the water pressure in my room was exceptionally poor and the mattress was very hard. The mattress made sleeping difficult and resulted in one of the poorer stays I have ever had in a Holiday Inn. April 4, 2016
