If you have food allergies the manager( Vinnie) at this restaurant will go out of his way to tell you what meals you can eat and he will personally see to it that the meal is prepared exactly to the correct specifications, The menu is varied and everything is fresh.

My wife and I have stayed in Holiday Inn hotels a couple of time when we have traveled, in the north Texas area and others when we travel elsewhere. Coming to New York for me for the first time and staying in a hotel was an experience. The first thing that I noticed was the lack of parking for the hotel. The check-in experience was good and prompt. The first shock came when we got to our room and opened the door, I was completely shocked and disappointed at the size of the room compared to all the other hotels that we have stayed in. The room with a king sized bed was very cramped, the refrigerator was inadequate to store food and drinks in for an extended stay as well as a place to hang our clothes and store our luggage without having to trip over them. There was no room to move around in the room without having to bump into one another or jump over luggage. The second night in the hotel, the television did not work using the remote control. The bathroom like the room was very very small and had no counter space to store our personal items for an extended stay, it was cramped and stuffy. The towels were hard and had a stale smell to them. The second night after returning to the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom and the next night it was even stronger and we called the front desk and they sent an attendant to see where the smell was coming from. On our last night in the hotel, I found a cockroach about 3/4 in long in the bathroom, which I had to kill and put in a plastic bag to give to the front desk attendant, I saved her the experience and just mentioned it to her at checkout. We did enjoy the dining service to the room, that and the bed was the good points of the stay, but overall to say it plainly, this was not a good stay in New York for my first experience. One of the reasons that we decided to become a rewards member is that we were impressed with the hotel at our previous stays, we were very disappointed with this stay.
