For all practical purposes, this hotel was good. The major problem was no fan in the bathroom making it feel almost "slimy" with moisture after a hot shower. Otherwise, the room was comfortable.

I was very disappointed in the "quality" of this inferior hotel. I was given a suite although I did not ask for one. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, she charged me for it anyway and told me should could not help me. I was placed next to the elevator, and there was constant traffic that kept me awake. The business center was located in the lobby (no privacy at all) and the sun was shining in on the computer screens so I could barely see what I was doing. I told the front desk clerk, and she could not help me. There printer was low on ink, and it put off a light page with a dark spot in the middle. The clerk said she did not have any more ink. I was there with a conference of about 300, and the other participants I spoke with were also disappointed. I would NOT stay here again. I normally spend approximately 100 nights per year in hotels, and I cannot remember having a less pleasant stay that this hotel.
