Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, Wall AC Unit ruined sleep The hotel is clean and staff is friendly, it's unfortunate the wall cooling units do not light up at night so you can see what your adjusting the setting to. The unit was noisy and got too cold, then when the room got too cold you had to turn on light to see what the temperature setting was at. If you have other people sleeping in the room it's inconvenient to turn the lights on so you have to fumble for your phone and use your flashlight. I fumbled around and found my phone, turned on my phone flashlight and was able to turn the settings down - then it got too warm, so I had to do this all over again! If this was taken care of the room would have received 4 stars! May 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Quality Stay This is my third stay over a two year period. If you need to be in the Laguna Woods area I think the Holiday Inn is the best. This is based on staying at three other area hotels. This property is clean and pretty fresh in the common areas and rooms. As beds away from home go, their mattresses are of OK comfort For this stay, my thanks go to Roberto (night supervisor?) for his flexibility in dealing with our changing travel plans. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy Camper I stay at the Holiday Inn, Irvine Spectrum every month of the year for a week each time. I have been doing so for more than 6 years. I have always been satisfied with my stays there and have watched them make improvements continuously over time. They select their staff carefully and all are professional and friendly. The accommodations are excellent and well kept. I have no complaints and highly recommend this hotel for individuals or families. It's a great stay! May 16, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Holiday Inn - incompetent service Spent 1 night in 2 rooms a month ago - weren't able to show me a bill at check out - printer problem!!.. I trusted them - what a mistake!! billed at least twice (maybe more??) at the wrong rate! impossible to contact hotel, email address on IHG site doesnt work subsequently 6+ emails to a new address ignored and no root to resolution.. mistakes happen but to make no attempt to resolve unforgivable... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant staff and comfortable clean room I like this hotel because its clean, modern, and upgraded with the necessary outlets for computers/phones/ipads. Reliable internet is a plus. I also like that I can view the DirectTV guide on the TV vs many other hotels you have to guess the channels or what show is on. May 10, 2016
