This Holiday Inn does not offer complimentary breakfast. Therefore, it's not a great value for the business traveler. Also, the wireless internet was very slow. They did have a plug in option which increased the speed. When I stay At Holiday Inns I expect complimentary breakfast. The idea is to keep costs down for my business. When you add in the cost for breakfast it becomes more expensive that competitors in the area.

Top Lage in Laval, schnelle Autobahnanbindung, großes Schoppingcenter mit vielen Restaurants direkt gegenüber, prima Sportbar direkt ans Hotel angebunden.
Zimmer groß und sauber, W-Lan kostenlos, Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Alles in allem ein gutes Businesshotel.

it's a very good time we pass at the hotel, this whek-end a group have competition on hockey and the place was very quiet , all the kids like to go on a pool to play and have a good time , it's a very nice part of week-end they pass with my wife and a little kid. the personnel are very sympatic and have a nice attitude with the customer

We decided to stay at this hotel because of its convenient central location.
The hotel looked great and was surprisingly very quiet, even though there were various end of year celebrations everywhere.
We experienced significant 'hairy' issues with the linens on the bed in the room first assigned, and then in the next. Both rooms were on the same floor. After all, we ended up changing the sheets ourselves.
The front desk staff were very willing to help out, especially Maude, the manager. She was very sympathetic, willing to understand our concerns and willing to correct it.
After all, the room was comfortable and adequate for our stay. We are very thankful to the staff who addressed the concerns promptly.
