The service was even better than our last visit a few years ago. The shuttle service is essential for getting to the Tube and it works very well, the number is even at the tube station

No acknowledgement of membership status on arrival. Sun going down but lights did not work in room. Apparently recurring problem in that room when reported. Staff trying to fix in semi dark! Went out for evening, not being able to get ready properly. Returned 5 hours later, checked everything ok with reception, said ok. But lights still not working. Checked back with reception. Room was changed but we were not advised and no new key issued until returning back to reception. Then moving luggage from room in near darkness to new room allocated. Not really what you expect to do when returning from an evening out! Probably worst experience ever with Holiday Inn.
Raised at checking out but brief apology by over busy receptionist. Some staff did try but not good enough.

Very good and friendly service. We were made to feel very comfortable from check-in until our departure.
