Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent for Lndon Good location, great Breakfast, comfy rooms. In the middle of a refurb, so the rooms are either pre-refurb but still fine, or refurbed which are nice and fresh. The bar is suffering so until that is refreshed I'd look elsewhere. Staff are all great that I have spoken to, particularly the reception girls who are welcoming, friendly and efficient. It's really good value for money for London and not in a bad location. Poor WiFi for a hotel of this standard especially when you are there 3 nights a week. The staff are very pleasant though and try their best to help. September 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable stay I'm usually very fussy about rooms in hotels, especially when I'm away for long periods with business. The rooms here are very comfortable and the hotel is going through a process of modernising rooms starting on the 8th floor & working their way down. They are currently on the 6th floor with half of it complete. My room was on the 6th floor but providing you don't look too carefully at the work divider, then the new rooms are very well designed & furnished. The only down sides is that the health centre is privately run (£3.50 charge), WI-FI could be much stronger, the TV have more channels & some of the shower taps are difficult to comprehend, given that the instruction symbols are too small. Other than these, the rooms are very well lit and the fittings very good. The Rasa Maricham restaurant is highly rated and the breakfast buffet is substantial enough for most palates. Closely located to Exmouth Street for a large selection of additional restaurants. The reception staff are very pleasant. Overall a very comfortable stay. September 22, 2015
