Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 3 Nights - Excellent I often travel to London and this was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn. The hotel lobby is ordinary and has a noticeably transient feel to it, but the room was very clean, well furnished and spacious enough for one person staying three nights. The bed is comfortable and there is hardly any detectable noise from the hall or contiguous rooms. I always stay in this area of London and the location is absolutely perfect for walking anywhere, or if you prefer the Tube or Taxi, they are right outside. The lobby staff was professional and the housekeeping was efficient. I will stay here again and I recommend this hotel for both tourist and business travelers. May 3, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average but good location I have stayed at this hotel before and I choose it for its location which is its major benefit. Apart from that it is average in most ways, the rooms are very small and the bathrooms the same. The decor has a tired feeling about it and the staff are very much going through the motions with little enthusiasm or interest in the customer (the exception to this is the concierge team who are good). The food is ok but nothing special however this is not a problem as there are many good restaurants within a short walk (ask the concierge for recommendations). There's nothing really wrong with the hotel but at the same time there is little memorable about it - my title of this review is the reality, it's just average. May 2, 2015

I enjoyed sharing it with him. I believe the other in Concierge was Alek. Great guy and very helpful. Exceptionally friendly front desk staff, one gentlemen and two ladies. May 1, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by "Family" room experience is poor Room 318. Yuk. "Family" room means simply 2 double beds squashed into a normal sized room. Wall paper is peeling off the wall. Room looks like it was last decorated in the 1980s. Concierges were friendly and helpful. April 30, 2015

Rooms comfortable with enough space for two in a standard suite room. Newspaper delivery to room as promised did not occur. Would advise room away from road or on higher floor to avoid noise.
