L'hotel è pulito e confortevole, pur nell'essenzialità della camera. Il personale è stato efficiente e cortese, e tutte le procedure di check-in e check-out sono state rapide. L'unico neo è rappresentato dal minibar: sono arrivato in tarda serata in albergo, senza cena; desideravo poter prendere qualcosa dal minibar, ma ho trovato solo una barretta di cioccolato e una bottiglia d'acqua. La cortese dipendente che mi ha effettuato il check-out mi ha gentilmente spiegato, la mattina successiva, che questa è una precisa scelta dell'hotel, fatta per evitare che gli ospiti prendessero involontariamente prodotti dal minibar con sensori e poi sollevassero questioni al momento del check-out. La signora mi ha spiegato che se dovessi usare nuovamente l'hotel e desiderassi il servizio di minibar completo, lo dovrei segnalare anticipatamente, ma questo mi sembra un disservizio per chi si serva dell'hotel per la prima volta. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No brekky upgrade no reward for doing survey Last year I stayed at the same hotel and because Id booked using my loyalty card i got a upgrade with free breakfasts. However this year I got no free breakfasts even though I booked using my loyalty card again. If you want people to keep returning to your hotels youre going to have to give them a reward for doing so. Also Im only doing this survey to tell you that you should offer something for example 1000 free points in return for people doing the survey otherwise youll find that no-one will want to spend five minutes of their time just to tell you how fantastic or not your hotel is. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Business Trip The place was pretty average however the Free Internet was dreadfully slow - in fact not worth having. The steak restaurant had not atmosphere and I was surprised to discover my steak didn't come with chips. Who on earth orders a steak without chips? If free internet is at the top or your list when choosing a hotel - give this one a miss as it's slower than a 1400 baud modem from 1992. If you want a steak - don't eat at the hotel, there's plenty of places to eat in London and you'll get a better experience elsewhere May 24, 2016
