Service: Impecable! From the receptionist when we checked-in, to the restaurant staff, to the checkout staff, all extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
Quality of Food - we stayed just 1 night in an executive room, and had dinner and breakfast - for dinner, I had one of their steaks on the recommendation of the waiter, although I had not heard of this particular cut of beef before; it was tender and delicious, cooked just the way I liked it, so compliments to both the Waiter and the Chef. Breakfast was equally as delicious and plentiful.
Quality of Sleep; Probably the best night's sleep I've had in yeas, so comfortable that I'm going to change my mattress at home.
No wonder this hotel recently won an ihg award - see you again soon !

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by SusieMc61 Good Hotel but need better beds
I have stayed at this |hotel over more than 8 occasions in the last few months and generally find everything clean and neat. The staff are WONDERFUL but for me the beds are very uncomfortable. I don't have any other complaints.......

We were truly impressed with our stay. Staff are so nice and genuinely provide a friendly service. Attention to detail in everything good. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Love the closeby connections to the city, local buses 205 and 15 and DLR to London City Airport or Westfield shopping centre. We were pampered and felt like staying at a true 5 star Hotel. And of course the Starbucks in the lobby was an added bonus ! Keep up the good work !
