The room we stayed in had recently been updated; the blinds, however, did not fully cover the windows and let in a LOT of light during the night. The walls are also quite thin. May 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent location and great rooms I was in Louisville for 3 nights. This hotel was ideally located for the things I needed to do. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great room on 5th floor with comfortable bed and excellently finished bathroom. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient. The pool and fitness centre were closed for refurbishment but I knew this at the time of booking. Only used the restaurant for breakfast - which was excellent and good value. May 18, 2016

The location was great and the staff was eager to help in any way. We stay 5 to 6 times a year in Holiday Inn's all around Louisville and Lexington and are always treated greatly. May 17, 2016
