Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service The facility was under construction. That didn't bother me. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I booked weeks prior wasn't available. Was give a large room with a roll a way bed for a 6 foot tall person. The room was huge but not completely furnished. The chair provided to sit on was an end piece to a sectional. It was small and very uncomfortable. The staff were not very friendly and seemed to have attitudes. April 29, 2016

The thing that stands out about this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. I stayed at another hotel after my stay here that was not a Holiday Inn and that was the thing that stood out to me. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DON'T STAY HERE! This hotel is under major construction and has no business being open. They should at least tell their guest at the time of booking. The jackhammering was so loud that I could not spend ANY time in my room between 8am and 8pm. The restaurant had a layer of dust all over the tables, glasses and was disgusting! When I asked for a discount the manager was VERY defensive and said she would ask the owners...I'm still waiting for their reply. April 20, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor experience Hotel was under renovation and was not in my opinion ready to have guests. Noisy, dirty, disorganized, defensive staff, just not a good experience at all. Half the facility was not ready for use including pool and fitness area. Asked for a discount as a result of conditions and the response was "How would that help". Clueless response. April 18, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ONLY if you stay in the updated rooms The updated rooms are nice. I only stayed one night because I found out when I got there that the exercise room was out of service. I would have liked to know at booking. The restaurant was not open and there is no breakfast (free or otherwise). The bar was closed..the lobby was under construction. Normally these things do not bother me, but did not know prior to booking. April 12, 2016
