The room was large enough that we weren't on top of each other and the kids had room to have some of their "things" out. The pool/waterpark was an awesome amenity. The only suggestion I would have for improvement would be a more family friendly restaurant onsite or a complimentary breakfast area. July 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Review I have stayed at Holiday Inn's for many years including my local one. This hotel was by far the worst Holiday Inn I have ever been at. The waterpark is tiny and not much better then a regular pool with decorations. If you have kids don't waste your money here. July 15, 2015

We did find food still left in the refrigerator from the last guest, the refrigerator was kind of noisy and the pullout mattress was stained on the bottom, but besides the little things, the overall experience was great. When I inquired about a pop machine, the front desk guy did say they were on all the floors...wrong...not on the 4th floor where I was staying. So a wild goose chase there unfortunately, but all is good. July 8, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Manager I was staying free because I had a subpar room in January with a leaking fridge and a small 'suite.' I appreciated receiving a free night and took it this past weekend as I live close and my kids wanted a waterpark day. Unfortunately, at the peak time of swimming, the pool was closed for some accident a child had, understandable. The lifeguard staff first looked all around the pool and skimmed it for an hour. Then they came back around saying it would be closed for at least another hour because of the chemicals they had to add and then retest. Our night was ruined, but nobody's fault. We went to the room and the pull out bed was a paper thin mattress with metal bars right thru it. We had to close the couch and sleep on the couch. In the morning I mentioned it to the staff and he said I should talk to Tony the manager at 8am. I did not give my name or room number. When I found Tony, I mentioned the issues and he said 'well didn't you have a complimentary room last night?' Well yes I did, but that is not the point. He said I can't give you any free waterpark passes for another day because its not our fault. Again, understandable, but he didn't mention the awful pull out bed and was more concerned that I was not a paying customer. He gave me a ladies business card and said call her. I walked away and will not deal with him again. July 7, 2015
